Assessment Logic
Identify Habits, Then Find Reducible Pathways
This tool evaluates controllable contact scenarios in daily life, not microplastics inside the body. Its purpose is to focus attention on low-cost, low-risk behaviors that can be changed immediately.
Scoring logic
Each answer is scored as 0, 1, or 2. The total is grouped into lower, moderate, and priority-adjustment levels.
Priority pathways
Questions are grouped into heated plastic contact, bottled drinks and disposable packaging, synthetic textiles, and indoor dust to suggest where to start.
Evidence boundary
Current evidence supports monitoring, reducing unnecessary exposure, and improving material use, but one self-check result cannot predict individual disease risk.
