Abstract

Hair depigmentation and hair loss are increasingly common concerns among Asian populations. Their development is associated with genetics, lifestyle, nutrition, oxidative stress, endocrine and metabolic factors, and scalp-care behaviors. This review summarizes etiological factors and non-pharmacological intervention strategies, including nutrition optimization, stress management, low-level light therapy, platelet-rich plasma, antioxidant support, and safer daily-care approaches.
