Name and Identity Rights
The expert’s name, title, institution, research areas, and collaboration status should follow confirmed or authorized materials and must not be broadened by the platform.
Portrait and Image Use
Portraits, photographs, or other identifiable images are used only with authorization. In the absence of approval, the platform does not substitute portrait use for collaboration language.
Publication Summary and Linking Rights
Papers, patents, reports, books, talks, and thematic outputs may be summarized and externally linked without changing original attribution or replacing the original publisher or institutional page.
Translation and Editorial Review Rights
Bilingual versions, publication summaries, page structure, and thematic descriptions should be confirmed by the expert or an authorized contact before publication to avoid scientific drift.
Revision, Removal, and Exit Rights
The expert may request revision, update, temporary hiding, or permanent removal of a page. The platform should respond and complete processing within a reasonable time.
Secondary Approval for Commercial Use
The platform may help screen and route potential market opportunities, but any specific commercial collaboration, endorsement, advisory role, project participation, or outward-facing backing requires separate expert confirmation.
